These terms cover using this website and working with TuboWebDev on a website or web app project. Your written quote and any project agreement we both sign come first; these terms fill in anything they don't cover.
1. Using this website
You're welcome to browse and share this site. Please don't copy its design, code, text or videos for your own use without permission.
Projects marked Concept are design demonstrations, not live businesses. Client projects shown here belong to their owners and are displayed with permission.
2. Prices and estimates
Prices on this site are starting prices. They're shown in your local currency using approximate exchange rates and adjusted to your market. The price estimator gives a guide, not a quote. Every project gets a fixed, written quote in your currency before any work begins, and that quoted price won't change because of exchange rates.
3. Payments
- 50% deposit to book your slot and begin discovery and design.
- 25% once you've approved the design and development begins.
- 25% before launch, after your review.
Larger projects can be split into monthly milestones by agreement. Work moves to the next stage once the matching payment is received.
4. Revisions and changes
Each package includes the revision rounds listed on the pricing page. New features or changes outside the agreed scope are quoted separately before any work is done on them.
5. Your part
You provide text, images, logos and other content on time, and confirm you have the right to use them. Delays in content or feedback may move the delivery date.
6. Ownership
Once the final payment is made, you own the finished website: its design, code and your content. Your domain and hosting are registered in your name. TuboWebDev may show the finished work in its portfolio unless you ask otherwise in writing.
7. Refunds and cancellations
The deposit covers discovery and design time and is non-refundable once work has started. If either of us ends the project part-way through, you pay only for completed stages and keep everything delivered up to that point.
8. After launch
Bugs caused by my work are fixed free during your package's support period. After that, changes are covered by a care plan or billed per hour, as shown on the pricing page.
9. Responsibility
I build every site with care, but I can't be responsible for problems caused by third-party services you choose, such as hosting, payment providers or plugins, or for losses beyond the amount you paid for the project.
